Growing up in Melbourne, Australia, Bec’s love of fitness stemmed from a fascination of nutrition.  After completing her certification at the Australian Institute of Fitness, Bec successfully created her own personal training business that inspired a fun and cheeky yet holistic approach to fitness, while also promoting a major focus on lifestyle and nutritional coaching.

Bec made the move to NYC in search of challenge and experience. Since moving, she has explored a variety of alternative training techniques while constantly striving to incorporate her own fitness ethos. This has developed Bec into a highly skilled trainer and coach with her certifications ranging from kettlebell, ViPR to strength and conditioning.

Bec’s approach to training is that it’s important to believe in the attainable – to set realistic goals and recognize everyone is different. Bec is here to help you get the best out of yourself and your body, whether it's being the first to congratulate you when you show off your toned, taut thighs or bulging biceps, pushing you harder and keeping you motivated when that last rep seems like it will go on forever or making sure your nutrition is one point, Bec will be there every step of the way.
